The best thing about being the chaplain of a (fairly) large high school? The power to force all of the incoming freshmen to read your book! That's how I came to read this one. I don't remember a single thing in this book that related to Catholicism--not that they weren't there, of course--only talks about recipes for meatballs and other Italian-American staples. If you do an image search for "Father Jim Vlaun" you'll understand why.
